Please read our policy in full and start your return or exchange at the bottom of this page. We offer free domestic returns and exchanges.
- Items must be postmarked for return within 30 days of delivery of order
- Please try on all swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, with sanitary liner and tags still attached
- If the hang tag is detached, please include in return package
- Items can be subject for denial if they do not meet return policy standards
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your package to be processed once it reaches our warehouse
- Original shipping will not be refunded when requesting a refund
- Exchanges are not guaranteed. If we cannot fulfill your exchange request you will automatically be refunded (we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee due to limited inventory)
- If stock is not available for exchange request, we cannot send original item back to customer
- We are only able to exchange a garment for the same style & same collection
- Refund amount may take 7-10 business days to show in your bank account
- If the original order qualified for free item, then the free item must also be returned
 It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. Items will not be replaced or refunded if sent to an incorrectly entered address.
We stand behind our quality promise. If you feel that you are experiencing a manufacturing issue, please submit an email to info@Lulomar.com. While we stand behind our quality promise, Lulomar LLC is not responsible for issues due to external forces.
Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
However, in the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you have received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately by email or telephone. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us; we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise as long as the item is returned by mail.
